We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted, and the process to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

Web/Nextcloud Hosting Services:
Refunds for web hosting services are only eligible if the customer cancels their service before the end of the remaining hosting period. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the hosting period has fully expired.

Web Design Services:
Due to the custom nature of web design services, we do not offer a full refund once work has commenced. However, if you are dissatisfied with the initial draft or design, you may request a partial refund or revisions to the work.
If you wish to cancel the project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.

Domain Registration:
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. This includes cases where the domain is misspelled or incorrectly entered by the customer.
If a domain is unavailable after an order is placed, and payment has been made, you will be given the option to choose an alternative domain or receive a full refund.

Additional Services and Add-ons:
Refunds for additional services such as SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, or other add-ons are subject to the specific terms of each service. Generally, these services are non-refundable once they have been activated.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
– Domain name renewals
– Setup fees
– Custom development work after approval of initial drafts
– Any service rendered in full

Step 2: Provide your order number, service details, and the reason for the refund request.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the termination of your services and the suspension of your account.

Amendments to This Policy

Mailstack reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the policy is updated.
